Hasko becomes new majority owner in Sport Design Sweden AB, a leading product company within merchandise collections for sports clubs and tourist destinations

Hasko Invest AB acquires a majority stake in Sport Design Sweden AB. The current management and CEO, Jonas Andersson, remain as minority shareholders and will continue to lead the company after the transaction, together with founders Niclaes Wijk and Johan Skogh.

Since its inception in 2008, Sport Design Sweden has built up a customer base of over 700 corporate clients, with a significant majority of the turnover coming from outside the Nordic countries. Among its clients are some of the world's leading ski resorts, as well as teams from the world's best leagues such as the Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga, MLS, NHL, and NBA. The company has become known for its focus on high quality, affordability, creative design, and high customer satisfaction, as the collections are always developed in close collaboration with the clients. Last fiscal year's turnover reached over 210 MSEK, with an average annual growth of 20 percent for the past fifteen years with healthy margins.
