Hasko Invest new owner in greenhouse specialist Grohus
Grohus strengthens its prospects of becoming the leading specialist player in the Nordic region by bringing in a new ownership partner. Hasko Invest becomes the majority owner of Grohus and, together with the existing owner and management, will continue the company's expansion.
Hasko Invest AB acquires a majority of the shares in Grohus AB. The seller, Emma Hellberg, remains as a minority owner and CEO after the transaction.
Grohus started its operations in 2014 and has quickly grown to become one of Sweden's largest e-commerce players within greenhouses for the consumer market. In 2021, sales grew by 35 percent to 43 MSEK with an adjusted EBITA of about 14 MSEK.
