Hasko becomes new majority owner in Hansson Kapell – a leading manufacturer in technical textiles

The company is based in Bromölla and has been in operation for over 50 years. With twelve employees and a modern machinery fleet, Hansson Kapell delivers tailored solutions to customers across the Nordics – ranging from small trailer covers to large-scale military projects. The company generates revenues of approximately SEK 35 million with solid profitability.

Hansson Kapell has its roots in traditional truck tarpaulins but, under the leadership of current CEO Peter Holm, has broadened its offering to include everything from agricultural covers and weather protection to tent and vehicle solutions for heavy industry and the Swedish Armed Forces. The company’s success is built on precision, quality, and strong craftsmanship. Since 2019, operations have been conducted in a newly built facility in Bromölla, where efficient workflows, high capacity, and a lean-based approach enable fast deliveries and continued growth.

With Hasko as a partner, Hansson Kapell will continue to evolve with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and strong customer relationships. Current owner and CEO Peter Holm will remain a minority shareholder and continue to lead the company following the transaction.
