Hasko Invest becomes new majority owner in Siktek AS – a leading player in physical perimeter protection in Norway

Founded in 2004, Siktek AS has grown into a trusted provider of perimeter protection solutions. Its products primarily consist of advanced gates, barriers, fencing, and related components. The company’s customer base includes both private and public infrastructure clients in Norway—such as ports, railways, military bases, and airports, as well as industrial companies with high security requirements. The company has 16 employees and an annual turnover of approximately NOK 35 million with good profitability.  

Following the transaction, founder and CEO John Eirik Øvstebø will remain a significant minority shareholder and continue to lead the company operationally.
