Hasko becomes new ownership partner in Rollover AS – a global market leader in laminating tables
Hasko Invest AB (publ) has acquired a majority stake in the Norwegian company Rollover AS, a market-leading manufacturer of ergonomic laminating tables (flatbed applicators).
Rollover AS was founded by Jarle Hansen and Heidi Thue in Norway 25 years ago and has, for the past fifteen years, focused on manufacturing ergonomically designed laminating tables primarily for the print and signage industry. The company offers several variants of laminating tables as well as accessories, and its products are sold through a global network of resellers and distributors. The company generates revenue of approximately SEK 45 million with good profitability.
Following the transaction, CEO Dag Eirik Thomassen and key employees will remain as minority shareholders and continue to lead the company operationally.
