Finnish technology trading company Septor Oy brings in Hasko as new ownership partner
Hasko Invest AB (publ) has acquired a majority stake in Finnish Septor Oy, a leading distributor of technical products and components for the Finnish industry and shipbuilding industry.
Septor was founded in 2006 and has established itself as a reliable partner for customers in shipbuilding, shipping-, energy-, chemical- and pharmaceutical industries, as well as grocery retail. The company offers advanced and cost-effective solutions and technical products through a carefully selected network of suppliers and focuses on high customer satisfaction. The company has 7 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 40 million with good profitability.
After the transaction, the previous owners Mårten Bärlund and Fredrik Björklöf remain as significant minority owners and continue to lead the company operationally.
