Hasko, through subsidiary Ekulf AB, acquires Dtales ApS to strengthen its position as a leading provider of oral and dental hygiene products in the Nordics
Ekulf AB has acquired Dtales ApS, a fast-growing Danish company specializing in branded private label oral care products for the Northern European market.
Dtales ApS was founded by Eva Apesland in 2003 and has since established itself as a trusted partner to customers in the retail and grocery sectors with sales across more than ten countries. Dtales has developed a comprehensive portfolio of private label oral and dental hygiene products, offered both under its own brands and as white label solutions. The acquisition will enable Ekulf to expand sales to new customers, new markets, and to add new product development capabilities.
Following the transaction, the founder and CEO, Eva Apesland, will remain as CEO of Dtales and continue to lead the company and its expansion.
